Dan Castellini was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Trio Capital in 2022 and is accountable for the overall strategy, resources, and operations of the business.

Before joining Trio Capital, Castellini spent 18 years at Marlin Capital during which he led a data science and analytics team focused on driving innovation in the areas of credit risk, process improvement, statistical modeling & analytics, as well as automation & optimization, interactive information delivery platform development, fraud prevention and operations. Castellini also spearheaded the design, development and launch of Funding Stream, Marlin's highly successful working capital loan product offering, guiding it to surpass $400MM in new origination volume.

Castellini graduated Cum Laude from Cedarville University, receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance in 1999. He later earned his Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University in 2003.
